Which way is right for you?
If you purchased a bundle 2 or more canisters
If you purchased a SENSEation bundle that includes 2 or more canisters, or if you have at least two empty canisters from any brand, you can get a refill box for free and exchange the empty canisters for full ones at just $20.99 each.
If you purchased less that two canisters
If you purchased a SENSEation bundle with fewer than two canisters, you'll need to buy additional new ones. We recommend having three canisters in rotation, allowing you to exchange two empty canisters at a time in the future.
Frequently asked questions
The Refill Club is our free CO2 exchange membership program, created to make exchanging your empty CO2 canisters as easy and cost-effective as possible.
Unless your SENSEation was purchased as a gift for you, your purchase automatically includes a free membership to The Refill Club. All you need to do to complete your registration is create a username and password for your account.
Once you have 2 empty canisters ready to exchange, simply place your two empty canisters inside, attach the prepaid return label, and send it back to us. Next, mail your refill box by either by placing it in your mailbox or dropping it off at the post office– ready for USPS to scan and ship. As soon as the prepaid return label on your refill box is scanned by USPS, it notifies our team and we send out your full canisters.
If your SENSEation was a gift, you can still join The Refill Club! Simply order a refill box or additional new canisters, and once your order is placed, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to create your account.
Having three canisters in rotation ensures that when you're ready to send us two empty canisters for a refill, you'll still have one in your SENSEation to keep your drinks flowing!
